Welcome to Nextrubix Technologies ("Nextrubix", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at nextrubix.com and any services we provide. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Nextrubix provides Zoho application integration, Zoho Creator custom development, Zoho One implementation, customization and automation, full-stack software development and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement.
2. Use of the website
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
- Copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Nextrubix name and marks — is the property of Nextrubix Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement.
4. Quotations and fees
Quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Fees, payment schedules and milestones are defined per project. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice.
5. Client responsibilities
For us to deliver effectively, you agree to provide timely access to relevant information, systems, accounts and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs.
6. Third-party platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Zoho. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and pricing. Nextrubix is an independent service provider and is not responsible for changes, outages or policies of third-party platforms.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site. Service-specific warranties, if any, will be set out in the applicable project agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextrubix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextrubix Technologies from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
